Publications:
You are a media, a book publisher, an organization or a company interested in reprinting or displaying one of my photo? Please contact me in order to find a common agreement.
Schools:
You are free to use my photos in the classroom for educational purpose (printout or computer display). Contact me in order to get your copy. Sorry, i will not send high-resolution file for this.
Personal use:
If you are and individual, you are welcome to contact me in order to get your copy for your strictly private use at home. Sorry, i will not send high-resolution file for this.
Website, public conference or exhibition:
Displaying a photo on a website or in a conference is NOT a private use: Please contact me in order to find a common agreement. Do not forget to specify who you are and the context in which the photo(s) would be used.
Buy a photo:
To acquire an original photo, Please contact me specifying your needs (photo, size, paper type, framing, etc..) in order to get a quotation.
General Legal Conditions at Glance
- Without a formal agreement to the contrary, the rights granted to the client to use the photographs are limited exclusively to the objective for which they were ordered.
- Photo Credit is mandatory for each reproduction : “© CedricFavero.com“. If the credit is not present a supplement of 100% of the original tariff will be added to the price.
- The photographer will be provided with 2 copies of the reproduced work or the media in which the work is reproduced at no cost to the photographer.
- The photographer declines any claims that might be made by third parties following the publication of the photographs.
- It is forbidden to provide photographs/images to third parties without the permission of the photographer. This is equally valid for editions under license. In addition it is forbidden to make copies of the photographs/images.Any usage exceeding the limits agreed between the client and the photographer will impose on the client a payment of an indemnity equivalent to 150% of the price due , for abusive use, according SAB/ASBI price list in the version in effect at the time the the photographic work is ordered.
- Jurisdiction : Courts in Geneva, Switzerland.
- For Delivery outside of Switzerland only Swiss Law is applicable.
